I am getting conflicting answers; does this product come with liquid cooling or no? If so, which one is it (e.g. Lunar light, dark side, etc.)

It depends on your configuration. I upgraded to a 3800XT and a 1000W PSU, and mine does have liquid cooling.

My Ryzen 3900 setup had a Liquid Cooler. Works very well and I think allows the fans to not need to work as hard to keep the entire system cool.
