Phone defective( microphone does not work)
I ordered this phone three days ago and it came well handled and well packaged, however, the microphone doesn’t work. I initiated a return and ordered a blue one from another seller. Surprisingly, it had SAME EXACT issue. I wanted to get it as a home emergency phone but what is the point if I cannot hear the person talking and vice versa.

El Samsung Galaxy A12 es una muy buena opción si buscas un celular sencillo, funcional y a buen precio. No es un teléfono de alta gama, pero cumple perfectamente para las tareas básicas. Lo que más destaca es su batería de 5000 mAh, que dura todo el día sin problema, incluso con uso constante . Además, tiene una pantalla grande de 6.5 pulgadas, ideal para ver videos, redes sociales o navegar cómodamente . En cuanto a las cámaras, trae un sistema de cuatro lentes que permite tomar fotos bastante decentes para su precio, especialmente con buena luz . También incluye lector de huella y espacio para expandir la memoria con tarjeta microSD. 💯 Lo que más me gustó: • Excelente duración de batería • Pantalla grande y cómoda • Buen precio (ideal si no quieres gastar mucho) • Funciona bien para redes, llamadas y uso básico

Charger and cable not functional
The phone seems okay-not completely sure yet, but the recharging plug and cable system does not work. It was a good thing that I had another cable that SEEMS to work okay with this unit. The first phone I ordered was never delivered so I cancelled that order and this recharging cable does not work--not my best Amazon experience.

Fraud
Fraud. These are former fleet devices that have recurrent policies in place that block core features. My phone cannot use gemini when locked, visual voicemail at all, and has numerous security settings ocked out. Cannot use mobile Hotspot despite an unlimited plan for it. All because of the knox security profile the previous owner installed. Should be fraud,

Robo o olvido?
Mal servicio compre este celular y lo pague en efectivo y no funcionó el sonido, tengo dos días tratando de que me hagan el reembolso y es una ruleta su plataforma y no me dan solución creo que ya se perdió mi dinero y su celular no tiene sonido y asi para que lo quiero, que pena, no vuelvo a comprar en amazon.
