5/5 Stars โ Excellent Customer Service & Amazing Upgrade!
I originally purchased a Skytech Shiva gaming PC, and while the system itself was impressive on paper, it unfortunately arrived with a damaged capacitor on the motherboard. I reached out to Skytech support and sent them photos of the issue. To my surprise (and relief), their team handled the situation extremely professionally. They responded quickly, acknowledged the issue without any hassle, and went above and beyond by compensating me with an upgraded system โ the Skytech Shadow with an RTX 4060.When the replacement PC arrived, it was perfectly packaged, every component was secure, and it truly lived up to the term โplug and play.โ No issues, no extra setup stressโjust pure, clean performance right out of the box.Iโm incredibly impressed not only with the quality of the new PC, but more importantly, with how Skytech stands behind their products. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them speaks volumesโand Skytech handled this better than most.Highly recommend both their PCs and their customer service.

Great PC, Great Customer Support
First of all I want to let people know it is a good idea to check that nothing is loose inside your PC when it arrives. This PC was packaged beautifully and the company does everything they can to make sure that everything stays intact during the shipping process. However, there was a screw missing from the motherboard that I noticed because my USB ports in the back of the PC were not in the right place. After further investigation I realized the screw was missing and was able to replace it. After replacing the screw everything else seemed perfect. The wiring looks beautiful and neat. The look of the computer and how neat the wiring was has far exceeded my expectations. After about 2 days the PC fan lights would shut off about 30 seconds after I started the computer. I was able to use the remote inside the case to get all of the lights to work, but the CPU fan never turned on with the remote. I decided to contact customer service (although nervous because of the bad reviews I had read about customer support). Within a day I received an email back and after several emails back and fourth all within the same day we were able to fix the issue. The support rep helped me download a file that allowed me to change the fan speed, color, and everything in-between. This program also allowed me to see every part of my PC and how it was running. Needless to say, the support I received was absolutely incredible! This computer has been absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend it. Just don't forget to check it out to make sure everything looks to be connected correctly before using it. A lot of things can happen during the shipping process that the seller has no control over.

Buyer Beware
I had high hopes for this system. However, when I received the tower, It wouldn't even startup. I contacted tech support. You will have to make an appointment if you have any issues with your system. In my case, since it wouldn't even start up, I was sort of annoyed with this since I paid close to $1699. I had to go through that process about 4 times trying to troubleshoot the problem. Tech support has videos they use to reference these "Common problems" Flag number one, am I right? Because why would they make videos to troubleshoot their systems? For that amount of money, shouldn't these systems be working when you unpackage them? We identified the problem, and I decided to wait for them to ship me the part. In the meantime, in order to start the computer at all, I was told to use a screwdriver to short circuit some pins on the motherboard to get things started. Practical? No. Who starts a freaking computer with a screwdriver for three weeks straight??? Moreover, the keyboard that they shipped with the system was useless and stopped working literally HOURS after I was able to fire up the system. It just stopped typing letters. SO after getting the system up and running, I had to promptly shut it down with a hard restart. It took three weeks to receive the part when they told me they would expedite in three days. Once the part was received, there were no instructions on how to fix the system and I learned that the repair was rather advanced. At this point, I decided to just return the heaviest paperweight I have ever owned since it wasn't working. My observation is that skytech products are nothing more than computer rebuilds with really good product packaging design and branding. However, there is no quality assurance or control, no assurance that the parts listed in this description are accurate or authentic and for that reason, you need to be careful here. If you buy, check your internal parts are what you ordered and what was promised in the listing. Reference some online videos before buying any of their systems and really do some due diligence about the systems because this product is just not a winner.

Great Mid-Tier Gaming PC
This is my 2nd prebuilt from Skytech and I have very little complaints with the rigs they build. Both have been built with solid components, little to no bloatware and ran nearly perfectly out of the box. I say nearly as there has been software issues on both setups that were easily resolved but should have been noticed and fixed by their quality control before shipping. Also, the Shiva shipped missing the screw on the extra M.2 drive of the motherboard(which comes with the mb not ssds lol). I wanted to immediately add another ssd but had to wait to get 1 tiny screw that should have shipped attached to the mb. Again, minor and easily fixed. 1 plus is the listing advertises a 600w psu and they shipped it with a 650w =)The couple times I have dealt with Skytechโs customer service I will say they are knowledgeable and helpful with their product but a little on the slower side with communications. So, while they helped me every time it just took a little longer than expected. As long as you are patient they will help. The packaging for shipping was great and nothing was loose or damage during transit. However it was very obviously a gaming pc and Amazon dropped it at my door instead of following the shipping instructions. Not on Skytech but omg did that annoy me ><So far it has run all but 1 of my steam games at high to ultra settings at 60-120fps constant while staying fairly quiet and at comfortable temps. Amazing at 1080p and starts to drop a small amount at 1440 which is to be expected for a mid tier rig with a 30 series rtx and previous gen cpu. I will say that I love this pc bang for the buck-wise. Plenty of airflow and a ton of room for upgrades while performing as expected and in some cases better than expected knowing what I was getting before buying.Pros:Solid hardwareGreat airflow and plenty of room for future buildsSolid cable maintenance and construction by SkytechRuns current games at high settings easily and stays cool while doing itNo Bloatware or extra bsCustomer service is always helpful.....(see cons)Cons:Amazon shipping is not the best...to say the least -.-Slight quality assurance issues with software and missing screws o.0Customer service is slooooow lolOverall its a solid mid range gaming setup for the price with plenty of room to upgrade. I will update in a few months or if I encounter any issues in the meantimeHappy Gaming! =)

FULL REVIEW AMAZING PC but id build my own with fallings cpu/gpu prices
I bought the 5600x with rtx3060ti had tbis pc4-5 months as of August 2022 going strongWhen i first got it I wasnโt getting display on my tv from the hdmi port on the graphics card until i called skytech and left my name and # they got back to me within a hour or so and helped me redo putting my ram sticks back in and boom had dispay windows loaded right up. But cpu fan wasnt plugged in right called again got call back but i found the issue before they could get back to me. After that. no issues signed up signed in and started gaming.Cooling system: The cpu cooler is good (better than stock) got idle temps in low 30c but I upgraded to a deepcool ak620 and used the old cpu fan as a casr fan because during gameplay id get to 70-80c sometimes and Now its so rare that i break above 62 even under a 100% load on cinibench i get 62 max. the case fans are amazing for the price(jupiter aj120) about $7 fans. I bought a Gentle typhoon and artic p12 odb to compare them to and they arent as good as the typhoon but beat the artic p12 by a huge margin and are a good 2nd to the typhoon. They do get semi loud wind noise at high rpm compared to the gentle typhoon and p12, but obviously theyre twice as expensive, i dont mind the wind i love white noise. For $7 works with rgb fusion and isnt super loud and comes free with your pc its a great deal.Gaming: i DONT LAG AT ALL i dont crash this pc is AMAZING i love it the 5600x outperforms i9s and 3600x in some cases which is INSANEI personally would recommend buying this prebuilt to anyone who doesnโt want to build a pc by themselves HOWEVER i only got this cause of graphics card prices but now august 2022 i would build my own its same price as this one to get a ryzen 7 5000 series and 3070ti which would be a better pc and get a bigger case that can fit 140mm fans and has a too vent.MY ONLY ISSUE is thats theres no top vent for a fan. Definitely a must have but other than that the case looks so good and the pc is amazing thanks skytech.

My 11 Y/O's happy
In all seriousness - I got this PC during a sale period, after having a poor experience with a different company. Surprisingly the PC came in with a 120mm RBG Tower cooler on the processor rather than the little AMD stock cooler, which was good. The fans are all set up as exhaust - encouraged to add some fans on the bottom but as is - it sucks in air through negative pressure. During gaming the CPU goes to around 65-70 C at most, same as the videocard, and remains fairly quiet. Not the hot-box I expected.Motherboard was a ASROCK B550M-C MATX mobo - pretty standard stuff, most likely not going to be a heavy overclocker.Ram was OLOY DDR4 3200mhz cl16 ram, again decent ram.GPU was MSI Ventus 3x RTX 3060ti fan - surprising because it's a LONG card for a 3060ti, but seems to keep card nice and cool.PSU was a surprise as well, instead of being the Thermaltake I expected, they put in a 650 watt InWin 80+ gold PSU.Booted up, installed games, and started playing within an hour - probably the least trouble I've had with a pre-built computer before. No bloatware. If I were to give feedback here - the wiring is a little on the sloppy side. With a MATX motherboard being put in a case that can take EATX, the wiring was a little loosely done. This doesn't effect performance and prettty much looks like it does in the photos - but for those that are 'particular' about aesthetics, these wires need to be re-organized to look better.Overall, for south of 1400 I got a PC whose parts just about added up to total cost that I didn't have to build myself, and my 11 y/o daughter is super excited to play every single game she should possibly imagine playing with the smoothest experience possible.NOTE - PC recommended for 1080P gameplay on a nice inexpensive 144hz monitor. 1440 with newer titles might put your FPS south of 60.
