Sacred Source Kali Statue

I love my Kali! I have been performing Kali puja every night for 70 days and have 38 days left to go. She is becoming very real and alive. Plus I have added decorations like crystals in her crown and floral lays. She has an incredible paint job, so delicate and perfect. I was really excited and impressed when I realized how beautiful she is! This is not a terrifying Kali, but a sweet loving Kali of protection who seems to happily eat up the essence of everything I offer her. I am developing much more strength and confidence having this relationship with the Divine Mother. She definitely gives back more than you offer.

I read the reviews before buying which show that it’s the smaller less detailed version than what’s pictured so I knew what to expect when ordering. She’s beautiful, well painted and has an almost porcelain feel to her. I read somewhere else that these Ganges clay statues are made with up to 25% clay. Couldn’t be happier with this Murti of Maa. I recommend!

I always wanted Maa Kali's statue in my puja Mandir... This is such a perfect image ... Every detail has been beautifully taken care of... You have to see it to believe it... Getting this on Amazon was such a delight....

I give this 3 stars because, like other reviewers have mentioned, the statue pictured on here does not look like the one you will receive. The statue pictured on this listing is the LARGE (about 16" high) statue, which I own. Was hoping the smaller statue would be similarly detailed, but unfortunately not. I still chose to keep the statue because it is not bad by any means (see attached photo), just not what I was expecting. And I wanted a murti of Maa to have at my desk at work.

What i received looks very little like the picture, there is no nose ring, no detail on the dress, the detail on the severed head is off, and green pain where there should be gold. Her teeth also look broken/crooked. A bit disappointed.
