Will it fit a 2" Colt Detective Special?

I would strongly advise against it as Colt revolvers could be easily scratched by the Kydex, I’d recommend a leather holster for that application. This holster may be too narrow for a six shot revolver as it’s made for a 5 shot.

Will it fit a rock island armory m206 snub??

No just the 5 shot revolver. The Rock Island is a 6 shot with a slightly wider profile and cylinder. It’s a copy of the Colt Detective special. This holster is suited for 5 shot SW and Taurus. Personally I’d steer clear of this one as it’s cheaply made.

Will this fit a rossi .38?

If it is on the 2 inch 5 shot frame yes.
