Modded 6.5 hp engine broke it
I had bought one of these chains a while back for my go kart. It’s got a predator 212cc 6.5hp engine on it and it’s been modded. Running around 9 horses now. I put a torque converter on it and needed another chain because I made the other one too small. I got this chain today and used a chain breaker to size it up like usual. Took the kart out and oh man is it fast. The chain lasted not even 5 mins before the torque bent the master link and sent it flying. I’d post a picture of it but I’ve already lost it since it’s of no use to me. I have another master link from the last chain I ordered from these people. Personally think it may have been a design flaw or something in that 1 master link because I just don’t see a 212cc motor with a torque converter bending a brand new #40 chain that easily. I’d probably order from these people for a 3rd time though since the first chain lasted over a year before I replaced it.

Gokart chain
Used this for my Gokart with a 212 and it has lasted many tire rotations. Great chain for the cost.

The chain worked perfectly
Actually change, but when taking it apart, you need to know how to take it apart, so you could put in the spacer to connect the two ends. Every leak is not the same.

The chain was packaged well and lubed up really good. The #40 chain I compared my old chain to that I found at a farm and ranch store didn't seem as wide as what you sent me but it fits fine and will work great. Plus the length is correct for my needs so I didn't pay for a bunch of chain I didn't need. Before I found what happens to be the correct length for my project, it looked like I was going to have to buy too much. For most folks who know the length they need, I imagine buying by the link and getting just the length they need would be a great option.
