are these parchment sheets in a roll or in a box they are pictured in a box but some reviews talk roll?

The sheets are 12" X 16" in the box. Just the right size for cookie sheets or to be cut to make liners for bread pans. Husband does this and prefers the sheets to the roll. I have used both but find the pre-cut sheets much more handy. You can buy the roll but I recommend the sheets.

Is it Non-Stick in both sides? Thanks!!!

Yes, it is non-stick on both sides. I usually get more use out of one sheet by flipping the sheet over after I use it. It works great if I have non-greasy cookies!

Can't tell from the box. Says "packaged in USA" but that's it.
