A great Aircon unit straight out of the box 🎁

Arrived, in one piece, easy to operate, important to read instructions for the sake of your own health & safety.

Bought this unit during the summer heatwave and quickly realised it was not fit for purpose as it could barely heat up a 7sqm room with a 35celsius temperature. The seller first told me the item had to be completely unused, I asked for clarification and they explained that it could not have been used at all to be accepted as a return. Then I explained how this made no sense in my situation so they simply said that I should sort the courier which is impossible as this contains flammable gases. They never helped when I asked if they knew a courier that would carry such items (which they obviously do know). Anyway stay away from them and go for at least 9000BTU and not this 5000BTU which is fit for purpose only for a cupboard during a heatwave.

Great kept me and my animals cool when 40 degrees kept us at 16 degrees nice quiet as well

For a/c but it was'nt up to the job it did not cool the room to the temperature I set it too it struggled think I should have got a 9000
