I absolutely love this moisturizer! It gives me a beautiful, natural-looking tan after just one application. I’m naturally very fair-skinned, and because I’ve had skin cancer more than once, I avoid the sun as much as possible and always wear sunscreen. This is the perfect way to get that healthy summer glow without exposing my skin to harmful UV rays. The color looks very natural—there’s no orange tint at all, which is a huge plus. The scent is also much more pleasant than most self-tanners I’ve tried. I apply it before bed, let it develop overnight, and rinse it off in the morning. The color usually lasts about 3 to 4 days before I need to reapply.

This product does exactly what it says it will: It moisturizes, firms, and gives a lovely tanned color to your skin. I have been using Jergens Natural Glow all summer and love how it looks and feels on my skin. I am naturally fair and this product gives my skin a beautiful, natural-looking golden glow. It is hydrating and removes the itchiness and ashy appearance dry skin often causes. It may be a bit more expensive than other lotions, but well worth it. I will definitely continue using this product and highly recommend it!

I love this lotion. I apply it every 3rd day to keep my Florida tan look. I apply it right out of the shower and it goes on well. It does not look orange and tans nicely. You HAVE to make sure you wash your hands well after applying - even under your fingernails because it WILL stain. I keep an old toothbrush for this. It also moisturizes well. In the winter, when I get the alligator skin on my legs, I apply a light coating of regular lotion first and then the Jergens Natural Glow over it. It still "tans" your skin and looks good. I can't tell if the "firming" part really firms, but I use it for the color, not necessarily for the firming.

Every time I have a wedding to attend I try out some new way to bring my darker Sicilian olive tone back to life after a lengthy winter with no sun in America. I was shocked by how much of a difference just one application made. It was commented on by every person I ran into that day. I didn't realize it was also a firming lotion when purchased, but after my second day of application I'm noticing some of that firmness already. Ultimately, this has been one of my favorite and least expensive routes to quickly prepare for a wedding, or really anything coming up soon. I think if you can afford something more effective with less unfortunate quirks, I would personally go that route. It's certainly not a product I would want to bash, as it seems to work very well, but does heed caution in my opinion. A few inconveniences: -It is completely odorless as advertised.... at first. I'm quite active, so it seemed if I did anything physical, this really fake and kind of nasty smell just began emanating from me. I thought I might just be overthinking because I had once tried the fake spray tan and it was so familiar, but you've got to love children for their honesty in telling you that you definitely smell weird... So I showered and the tan diminished greatly, yet still impressive after one application. -It says to wait "several minutes" prior to putting on clothing. Trust me, you will want to wait much longer! I'm only 5'2" (5'3" in boots) and although my body is quite athletic and small, I was blessed with being voluptuous as well. The first application made a whole bunch of odd lines and such since I put loose clothes on about 10 minutes after. I also noticed that hours later when I walked to the market, you could tell where my canvas/hemp tote bags were carried on my arms... With the second application it seems I needed nearly 20 minutes for it to fully dry, and truth be told I won't be able to see if this was enough time to not add more strange lines, etc. until I'm home -It also says to use "all over" but I might caution with the face... Mine got much darker than my body so it looks a bit silly. I've also noticed that I'm starting to have a myriad of blackhead looking pimples. I get one zit around menstruation so this was strange and I opted to do body only for the second application. Also, if you wear glasses - you will definitely want to wait quite a long time before putting them back on unless you want marks all over your nose.

It goes something like: “Wow, I am glowing… like printer paper.” I’m naturally pretty fair, and since I work from home and edit videos like a little cave goblin most days, the sun and I are not exactly best friends. I wanted a tiny bit of color without committing to a full self-tan ritual that involves mitts, exfoliating schedules, and praying I don’t look like a streaky pumpkin. Enter this Jergens Natural Glow +Firming lotion. I grabbed it because I wanted something lazy-girl simple. Like… slap it on after a shower and go live my life simple. And honestly? That’s exactly what this is. The first night I used it, I treated it like regular lotion. No ceremony. Just rubbed it in while watching YouTube and went to bed. No weird sticky feeling, no “don’t sit on anything white for 6 hours” panic. It dries like a normal moisturizer, which already puts it ahead of a lot of self tanners I’ve tried. By day two or three, I started noticing that “wait… did I go outside?” glow. Nothing dramatic. No fake tan line energy. Just a soft, believable warmth to my skin like I’d been on a weekend walk instead of glued to my desk chair. It builds slowly, which I actually prefer. You’re not waking up shocked at a new shade of yourself. It’s more like your skin quietly levels up overnight. The lotion itself feels nice too. Not greasy, not heavy. Just a solid everyday moisturizer. My legs especially felt smoother and less dry, which is a win even without the tan. Now about the “firming/cellulite” claims. I’m realistic. No lotion is out here performing wizardry. But I will say my skin looks a little smoother and more even overall. Maybe it’s the hydration, maybe it’s the subtle color helping blur things out. Either way, I’ll take it. The scent is light and clean. Not that classic self-tanner smell that sneaks up on you halfway through the day. Nobody at the grocery store is going to clock you as “recently marinated.” If there’s any catch, it’s just that you have to be consistent. Skip a few days and the glow slowly fades. But that’s kind of the point with a gradual tanner. For around $10, it’s honestly such an easy, low-effort way to look a little more alive and a little less “indoor plant.” Final thoughts: If you want a deep vacation tan, this isn’t it. But if you want a subtle, healthy glow with zero drama and the bonus of good hydration, this stuff is a staple. It’s basically my “fake I go outside” lotion, and I mean that in the best way possible.

***Edit**** ***I am editing to add a fair warning. When I ran out, I noticed some of my skin, began to “patch” which is disappointing. I expected the tan to last ,at least, a couple of weeks. It seems, this product needs to be applied consistently to keep up the tan color. I wouldn’t mind, but spending $10, on this, a week, feels a little excessive. *** I have noticed that with my skin complexion, some parts of my skin are lighter than others. This was one of the main reasons why I chose to get a self tanner. I wanted to even out my skin tone, and add a bit of “color” to myself. Jergens Natural Glow has met my expectations very well! Applying the lotion is very easy. However, I learned and read of a few tips and tricks. Apply lotion after shower, make sure to shave before applying. Apply little amounts on elbows, knees, ankles, knuckles, as these parts may appear darker. I noticed results, a day after. Apply depending on how tan you want to be. Apply evenly, make sure to get your backside as well,(shoulders, back, etc.) You can apply regular (unscented) lotion once Jergen’s Instant Glow has dried off. I would recommend this product, and I will definitely be purchasing again! (Pictures show before Instant Glow, and day 3 of using Instant Glow.)

this is my absolutely, number 1, favorite and must for summer to give me some color without looking orange or too bronze. I like to mix it with lotion and put it all over my arms and legs. this seems to give an even color, go on better without streaks and there's NO SMELLS! This is my 2nd bottle this summer so far. I usually go through about 3 every summer. plus theres firming and moisturizing! jergens really is the OG and always offers such great products.

Ich habe dieses Produkt in Colorado Springs zum ersten mal kennen gelernt und war da schon ganz begeistert. Eine Bräunungscreme die nicht fleckig wird und ganz toll riecht. Als ich wieder in Deutschland war, habe ich sofort im Internet nachgeschaut, ob ich die Möglichkeit habe, diese Bräunungscreme auch hier zu bekommen. Meine Überraschung und Freude war riesig als ich fündig wurde und sah, ich kann diese Creme auch in Deutschland bekommen. Meine Begeisterung ist grenzenlos.

Great gradual tanner which is easy to use,I use it every other day instead of moisturiser, it gives a lovely subtle natural tan, leaves my skin feeling lovely and it smells nice too 👍
