Has anyone used this as an outdoors bird feeder?

Sorry, I have this on my end table in the living room. I have no idea if this would last outdoors in the elements.

Is the mouth deep enough to put a very small flower arrangement?

At its deepest point the dish part is about 2½" deep.

I use for candi and if I do chips lay a napkin in it. Very cute and get lots of conversation going

Could this be used for a cereal bowl?

I do not think that would be a good idea. It would deteriorate the statue and possibly be toxic. I believe it is intended for dry goods only. Cereal without milk, fine. But cleaning it would be a chore. I use it as a candy bowl for wrapped Candies. It looks awesome.
