Easy to install. Works great
Easy to install took 2 mins. Works great and no issues.

Great and easy replacement.
Perfect replacement fit , took only a few minutes to install . I would recommend putting a little bit of white lithium grease on the gears and might as well put some on the slides and hinges while you have it out . These were exactly like the original ones but maybe not quite the quality of 25 years ago that these replaced . Keep the handle screw tight and should last another 25 years .

Easy diy less than 10 mins
Super easy DIY — took less than 10 minutes to install. Works great so far! I can’t speak about the long-term build quality yet, but right now it operates smoothly and does the job perfectly. You will need an oscillating tool to trim the piece; just take your time and be gentle so you don’t crack the trim. Overall, very satisfied with the result! Yere is no right or left arm so it works for both sides.

Perfect part for the job!
Every year that passes, when things break in the house it becomes more and more challenging to find just the right replacement parts. This was the perfect fit. Easy to install in the footprint of the original and they work great. After ordering one, I quickly ordered more to update a number of my Anderson’s Windows after years of abuse. Great price and great value.
