I haven’t fully tried it yet. I walked approx. 1 minute at 1mph to get the “feel” per se. Seems to be a great fit. If anything changes once I fully commit I will come back and update this review. Stability? Great (so far). Height? Depends on where the arms of your treadmill are…I would like mine to be higher but no fault to the product. Ease of movement and use are both great (so far).

I've been using this treadmill desk for about 2 months~ I’m very happy with it. It’s A total enhancement to my work out experience~ I can now multi-task and get work done while I burn off the calories! Fits my full-sized treadmill perfectly. The install straps makes it a universal addition. And keeps the desk securely in place with absolutely no movement~ as long as you get it tightened to its max. (I needed hubby to do this part for me) The sizable raised lip does a great job keeping my laptop fixed in place. It has a large desk surface~ ample space for my mouse, tablet, water bottle and phone all at once. Maximizing my productivity. It’s solid and well constructed. It’s also quite nice looking~ sleek and modern finish. Holds the smaller devices upright- allowing me to FaceTime with friends. We now have zoom workout groups which has been pretty cool!! Well worth the money!

This is a very handy device, allowing exercisers to use their treadmill time to accomplish other things. (Just don't use it for a bowl of ice cream!) The only thing I didn't like is that there were no instructions. It doesn't really need any, because there are two little straps to fit through pre-formed slits to fasten it to handles, but I almost missed those little straps. I pulled out the board and thought, "What now?" It was only when I picked up the packing material to THROW AWAY that the plastic package with straps fell onto the floor. I think it would be better for people like me to have a solution such as that little bag taped beneath the board, or else written instructions so that I would know to look for those two little straps. I like this device, because I like to exercise! It's worth it. (I also wish it would fit onto my stationary bike, but there are no long handles to attach it to.) I just count my blessings!

I have a SOLE treadmill and it’s great. It does hit the buttons on the side so I just had to put a small cushion under it to elevate it a little. Otherwise it’s perfect. I’m also 5’9 and I can still read and type on my laptop because of where it sits. My favorite part is the strip to keep the laptop on because I can easily rest my arms there. Seriously it’s so pretty and fits perfect! You may have to adjust it like I did? But it still works so perfect, is wide and was done really well.

Works well and feels sturdy, but it would be better with adjustable height and uncovered handles.

This treadmill tray is great and large enough for me to have a portable screen and my laptop set up. The only thing with having them both set up is that I can't reach the treadmill buttons behind them. I also didn't think about the height so I have my laptop sitting on a shoe box to make it higher and easier to see. My work laptop is older though and not exactly high quality so the screen isn't crystal clear which makes it more difficult to see. Overall though this tray has got me up and moving during the day since I can easily set up my workstation on the treadmill now.

Snapped in half when I leaned slightly on it, my finger caught the edge where it split and I needed 5 stitches. Was the pressure of my lean over 22 lbs., possibly, but unlikely. Use with caution. Better yet, don't use at all and get something that can support your weight in case you accidentally lean on it.

This works great to get your steps in while working from home. I get antsy sitting at my desk all day. The table has slots on the front that I used to strap it to the treadmill. I found it slid around easier when it was strapped on the sides. The height works fine for me. I don't know how much typing I'll be doing on this, but to listen to Teams calls it's great! The cup holder is very shallow, so I wouldn't use it, but I have two cup holders on my treadmill that are still accessible. Overall, would highly recommend.
