Go to brand for making Fesenjān
I have tried other brands of Pomegranate molasses and this is my favorite for making Fesenjān. The size was much larger than I expected, which is great, & I won't have to reorder again so soon. The glass bottle was packaged well, with no leakage or cracked glass, and arrived on time. The price was a little high compared to past purchase, but everything seems more expensive these days.

Artificial taste
it tasted artificial and very acidic. The citric acid in it gave it a chemical taste that was really unpleasant. I couldn’t eat it, and it even bothered my tongue. This is not the natural flavor I expected!!

A good MIX Recipe !
Ok …. Now , here’s the Deal ….. Straight scoop here ! In a separate , clean squirt kinda container ( your choice on size ) ….. ( l used a 1 QT. plastic squirt bottle ) and it was Perfect ! Ya take a bottle of Black strap molasses , the bottle of this ‘ sour paste pomegranate Molasses ‘ , And in your Squirt container , add 40 % black strap molasses & add 60% of the pomegranate paste ….. ( leave air space so it can be shaken some ) Now …. This mix is EXCELLENT on Anything !
