Patissier is terrific, don't hesitate to purchase!
The product is excellent but sometimes tough to acquire in smaller amounts like this. I use this for petits fours, as it takes color and flavors so well and provides the appropriate coverage when poured over. This is an excellent seller, they ship quickly and their customer service is stellar!
