Will I be able to lie comfortably in my steep sided bath, without me slipping?

I don't know if everyone of the bath pillows are the same, but my bath has a pretty steep side and it stays stationary on the end of the bath.

Hi. What are the exact measurements especially the height including and excluding the head roll please.

I don't know the exact measurements but l do know it was and is very comfortable
