Stride Rite SRT PS Cora 625 Flat (Infant/Toddler/Little Kid)

We were looking for a comfortable pair of plain black shoes for our daughter's school uniform. Since we have bought Stride Rite many times before we decided to stick to this brand. The first pair we purchased, came in the wrong box. We ordered a size13M, we received a 12M that had the box labeled as a size 13M. We contacted Amazon. They were great! That same day they reordered the shoe in the correct size at no additional cost. Received the shoes 3 days later. I've always liked Stride Rite shoes for my little girl. She can wear them straight out of the box all day and doesn't complain or wants to take them off. This particular style has a leather lining, making the shoes even more comfortable and breathable. She currently wears a size 12M, but bought her the 13M because she seems to be outgrowing them rather quickly. They are a bit loose, but not uncomfortable. She wears them all day at school. I have bought these shoes for my daughter twice. She wears them on Sundays and with fancy dresses. They are dressy in appearance but have a sturdy, flexible gripping sole. I usually buy her See Kai Run Shoes which run wide (she has wide feet) and these run a little more narrow. A medium is fine with thin tights, but I'd buy her a wide to wear with socks. They do have a nice leather insole to let sweaty little feet breathe. Also, as a side note, even with the playing she does in her fancy dresses, the patent leather has not scuffed. I will definitely buy them again. Actually, it's about time as her feet have recently gone up a size.

I love this shoe. The soft leather inside is wonderful. My 6 year old daughter says its truly comfortable. She wears these to school (she is partial to wearing dresses and fancy shoes), and she is able to run around and play in them.The sole is rubber, so slipping is not an issue. I accidentally purchased the shoe in wide, and i was concerned because my daughter has a narrow foot. The shoe fits perfectly though, so I wonder if a regular would have been too narrow. Go stride rite! Stride Rite is the only brand I will purchase for my kids because they are hard on shoes, but Stride Rite shoes are durable, comfortable, and cute too!

Our prior experiences with purchasing Stride Rite shoes were that the shoes ran quite big.Our daughter has rather narrow feet so we could get away with a whole size smaller. That wasn't the case with their dress shoes on two occasions where they fit exact. Amazon has a wonderful return/ exchange policy, therefore I exchanged the shoes for a size up, which is the correct size my daughter wears and they fit perfectly :) She is particular about the fit and told us the shoes are comfy. We are all happy with our purchase.

I prefer to purchase Pediped shoes as they have longer longevity since they usually have a shoe insert that can be removed to extend wear for another half size or so and the Pediped quality has always been nice. However, these shoes were at the hard to beat price point of $25 at the time and looked very cute and my daughter really liked them. Two stars off for them being a bit uncomfortable and her complaining they hurt her feet after a few hours in them. She still wants to wear them again. Maybe they just need a bit of a breakin period. Overall, would recommend them but maybe not for a fussy child.

I bought size 9 since boots and other brand shoes are size 9. But my daughter could not get her foot into the shoe and said it hurt when I tried. Since the style looks nice and comfortable, I exchanged for a size 10 which is too big, but hopefully, the shoes will get worn more than once or twice. Probably I should just have ordered 1/2 size up instead of full size.

They are comfy and durable !!! We want to buy a new one but unfortunately are not available =(I bought size 12.5 for my daughter to go to school when she was 5 year old and now she is 7 and still use them... wow! 2 years! Perfect balance price-quality.

My daughter is somewhat picky about how things feel. She put these dress shoes on and never looked back. She loved them, asked to wear them to preschool and she danced, ran, kicked and never had a blister or one issue with these shoes 3 weeks later we still want to wear these over her other shoes. I am very impressed with the quality of the shoe. Still look brand new. They remind me more of a shoe with the dress look. SO HAPPY!
