VULKIT Card Holder with Money Pocket Pop Up Wallet RFID Blocking Slim Metal Bank Card Case Holds 5 Cards and Notes

Bought this wallet exactly three years ago and it JUST gave out on me (understandably). Just bought another one right now but wanted to drop a quick review praising it since its awesome. I wanted something a small as possible. This genuinely feels like im just carrying the stack of cards- cant get more compact than that! Mechanism held strong and springy for three years until i was sitting at work and was playing with it a bit too harsh and broke it. I will say though, it was my fault. The fabric loosened up a bit as i stuffed more cash in it but nothing ever fell out. Great wallet. I could fit about 10 cards in it. Even with ten cards, it wasnt bulky. I attached pics of it after 3 years of use. Amazing.

I was so bad at keeping my cards in a wallet before, the cloth ones were so cumbersome and would only be good for a short window when the cloth had tension but wasn't too tight. Since switching to these I am very diligent about keeping my wallet in order. I've bought this wallet twice after my first one got sticky inside the mechanism after a liquid spill--still worked but was a lot harder to use no matter how much I submerged it in water and alcohol. But it was an easy purchase to make again. I still use the old one for old cards or things I still need to keep in a drawer--it's not sticky, just stiff. One negative is that The cloth part has bad edges on both of the ones I got out of the box, the way it's glued on is weird, but with use will get worn down and the cloth is still adhered well--even the one I tried cleaning repeatedly. The cloth is cheap and its stretch wont last forever, but it's silky and feels nice. I'd like a leather version. The metal is solid, and the exact right weight. The paint job is great. I like the spring action and the switch being on the bottom is preferred to the switch on other wallets being on the side, since I like the way it sits against my phone in my pocket better--but you might prefer being able to more easily flick the cards out one handed with other wallets with the side lever. My mom liked it so much I got her one. She's since upgraded to a bigger version of the same kind of thing, but still uses this for ID and medical cards.

This my second one (I’ll get to that in a bit). A few reasons why I like this wallet: * Durable aluminum. It surrounds the cards on the 2 long sides/1 short side. This does an excellent job of protecting the card edges from that occur with other “open” wallets. * Durable fabric for small amounts of cash, cards, ID. When I first got it I figured it would not last long, but at 9 months it still worked fine and showed no signs of coming away from the wallet. I would recommend caution so as to not over-stretch the material. * It’s a one-handed design. Very useful for those situations when you need to use RFID. If you are in a situation where you need to use the slider daily to remove cards, I don’t know how well the mechanism will work. It’s mainly plastic except for the spring and rod that the spring rides on. I had no problems with the mechanism when I used it correctly. If you are in a dirty/dusty environment, I don’t know how well the mechanism would work long-term. If you need to show identification WITHOUT removing the card from the wallet, then this is probably not for you. My situation is that I normally have to hand the ID to someone (airport security, pharmacy drive-thru, etc.) so it’s not a big deal. Don’t overload the wallet like I did as there’s no fallback method for removing the cards out without destroying the bottom slide mechanism. I hastily put too many cards in the wallet and forced the slide which broke it. That’s on me so be careful. I am buying a second one because it worked well for me. Tough to beat for the money. It’s a great deal compared to other “EDC” wallets which are almost 10x the cost.

I just switched over to this wallet and my initial thoughts are positive. I love the burgundy color, it's a nice rich color with a great finish that doesn't show fingerprints. The card pop up is really fun to fidget with and it's pretty easy to pop up the cards single handed. It's advertised to be able to hold 4-5 cards, I tried inserting 6 cards and it still works perfectly fine. The front pockets are actually pretty roomy. I am able to fit my ID, Passport card and three folded bills but I'm sure I could fit a few more bills if I really wanted to as the pockets are quite stretchy but at the same time they're snug to avoid your stuff from falling out. I rate this wallet 4 stars because though I love it so far I'm not certain how long it will last, I guess we'll see. It's pretty sturdy so I'm hoping it lasts forever.

While looking at slim wallets, I was really close to getting the Esker wallet due to the promise of premium materials, but once I found reviews mentioning the cheaply made button that ejects your cards, I started looking elsewhere. When I found this wallet for a really good price, I thought "if it's bad, I only am out a few dollars." The wallet came in nice packaging and built with nice materials. Putting cards in is super simple and on average I store five to six cards easily, but I say the max you can put in this is seven not including the front pocket, which can store at least seven cards on it's own if you want to pack it, although they would be pretty exposed and may be prone to slipping out. I tested the RFID blocking and can confirm that readers can't scan your cards through the metal casing. Having the front pocket is nice for a few bills and a hotel keycard when travelling for convenience. The plastic button has a low profile so it is less likely to break off easily, but I have yet to drop it so I can't say how well it would handle falling on the button. I keep the wallet in my pocket with my keys so the metal has some marks on it, but nothing too major. Only issue that I noticed with the wallet is the plastic mechanism sometimes slips a bit out so I just have to push it back in place. I haven't had it completely fall out yet, but reading other reviews I see that if it does fall out there are a lot of pieces that can fall out of place. Overall, pretty good wallet for the price and if it were to break, I would most likely get the same one again.

After researching a plethora of slim wallets online, I saw this one recommended by a handful of sites and decided to jump on it immediately due to the low price to try it out. I figured I’d see how the VULKIT worked to see how important the pop-up mechanism was to me as I browsed higher end offerings. Once I tried this wallet out for a day, I emptied my carts and cleared my browsers. This was the one for me. Firm enough to feel secure, but light and small enough to completely unhindered you, the VULKIT has delivered everything I need. The pop-up mechanism works great and is very satisfying for those of us who fidget. The small capacity forces you to play Sophie’s Choice with your current selection of cards (but also makes you realize that you definitely love some of your kids a lot more than the others). In the end, it actually causes me to be mindful of what I’m carrying each day and I end up lugging around a lot less junk.. The amount of force needed for the pop-up trigger can be a little much (my wife has small hands and found it to be annoying. It can start to hurt after repeated usage.) If you’re looking for a slim wallet and don’t know where to start, absolutely begin here. At under $20 (at time of writing), you really aren’t investing too much and you may find that this has the exact number of bells and whistles for you.

The wallet lasted 18 months and then the sitting mechanism broke, trapping my cards inside (I was able to get them out with a knife but it would have been awkward if I were in the middle of a transaction). It worked well while it lasted but I'm disappointed that it only lasted that long with light to moderate use - I started paying more by tapping my phone so wasn't taking it out that often. Also, the elastic bill and coin pockets were not that easy to use and made the wallet look shabby as they sagged. I will buy a new wallet like this one. but will likely choose a different brand.

[NEW REVIEW] - 5 stars I am on my second wallet, and I am really loving it! My original wallet carf eject slider broke in 6 days, must have been something faulty with it. Customer support was FANTASTIC, got an immediate response and got a replacement without hassle. It is now mid December, so I'm 3 months in, and LOVING the wallet. I have 5 cards in the wallet, with a few additional in the side pocket, being drivers license, insurance card, bulk store membership card, etc. I can also fit cash in the side pocket which stretches great. I can fit 10 bills folded into quarters without issue, and probably more. I have thought about getting another one or two in other colors for fancy occasions when I'm wearing a suit or nice clothes. This wallet replaced my George Castanza wallet that was about 3 inches thick with every card I owned in it. This smaller wallet has been great so that I'm not carrying all that junk with me. No need to carry a tire company credit card when I only need it every few years, or the Hine improvement store card that I might use once or twice a year. I got the wallet on the 11th of September, it broke in the early afternoon on September 16th.

I am a minimalist and I cannot stand carying stuff I don't need Onan daily basis. I am very picky about things that work and are not just cheep knock offs imported under 20 different names. This wallet is a reasonable price for what it does I have had mine for 6+ months and no paint fading no aluminum showing as the paint wears off. Perfect double pocket on the front for carying an emergency $50 bill this wallet just has it all. I 100% approve of these guys. I received a vine from them for a different model and bought one myself in a model I wanted 2 days later I loved it so much. Seriously really good wallet!

I have been using a leather card holder which I bought in London a few years ago. It has been serving me well but needed to change and after going through a lot of card holders I stumbled upon this one. I must say, it’s definitely beautiful and of great quality though a bit on the heavier side. But I love it. It holds about 5 cards as it is supposed to. If you can spend a bit more then you can go for this without a doubt. Last but not the least, the delivery was quicker than expected. So overall, I am satisfied with the product as well as the service. One important cons though is, it might get scratches if rubbed against hard surface. So be informed of the same too. The velvety fabric on it makes it look good as well as feel good!

The color is beautiful. I like that it was 2 extra pockets on the outside for easy access.
