Can I get a replacement orange ring for the puzzle? Mine came off and is no where to be found. Probably the grandkids lost it.

The ball was a gift. I did see it once and recall it would only fit in a large stocking and you would need to probably take it out of the box.

Are you supposed to remove the yellow styrofoam from the middle? Mine came with no directions.

No! And I was baffled also at first because of the lack of instructions and considered the same thing. Push finger in and push up or down on the tile and it will slide into the adjacent slot. It takes a bit of dexterity while figuring out what I mean..and then you will say "pooh, I get it!" My 5 year grandson showed me! Lol
