Use these scoops for lots of baking tasks, measuring batter for muffins, dough for cookies, even batter for pancakes. Occasionally the gear slips if I use them for ice cream or other extremely firm foods, but they do exactly what they are suppose to for cookie baking! Throw them in the dishwasher and they come out clean 90% of the time. occasionally some stubborn batter needs running water and a scrubbing brush but mostly fantastic

The shipment was undamaged, coddled in bubble wrap like a baby. Wow! Extremely well built, nice heft, comfortable grips with excellent ergonomics. Originally, I wanted just the larger one for portioning cookie dough, but got the entire set. Very pleased, indeed. Not the cheapest, but spend the money and get a lifetime's worth of service.
