There are no noticible changes. I did not experience any frequent urination or any increase in bowel movements. As a matter of fact this stuff has caused constipation. Total waste of money

I have tried other detox cleanses which didn't work well. This is not the case with this one! By the end of day 1, I was experiencing the cleanse. (Word to the wise, I would suggest making your plans for the week near a bathroom.) The pills the detox comes with are not too big and the casing on them makes them easy to swallow. These definitely helped kickstart my healthy eating. To do the cleanse, you take the pills 4x a day, which I think helped make for a smooth and constant cleanse. I did not experience any major cramping. Overall, I am super satisfied with the product and would repurchase. Infact, I plan to do so after all my vacations to allow my body a fresh start. Also, really appreciated the quick delivery. I ordered with one-day prime and got the item within 24 hours of ordering! Super happy!

I've done detoxes in the past and you seem to either get one that totally doesn't work or you get one where you have to stay close to the bathroom, because it's completely cleaning you out. This one is kinda in the middle of those. It's a mild cleanse that doesn't give you intestinal cramping. I had to pee more than anything when taking this. You have to drink TONS of water to help all of the toxins get flushed out of your body. I like that it's made from all natural ingredients, Burdock root, Dandelion root, Red Clover Blossom, Alfalfa leaf and Slippery Elm bark without any chemicals. It's manufactured in a GMP certified facility and laboratory in the US, which is comforting. I'm leery of products that are made in other countries, because you never know if their quality standards are as high as ours. From day 1 of taking it, I noticed an increase in my energy and some reduced bloating. Overall this is a nice cleanse, if you're just wanting something gentle.

i have took many detoxes and this one is the best for me make sure u take 2 pills every 4 hrs drink 2 bottles of water everytime you take the pills 2 bottle of water drink up to 8 bottle a day while doing the detox eat healthy foods and workout im a heavy smoker it worked for me in 2 days gotta do what i say tho u can’t skip any steps

If I could give it one star, I would! Do not buy this it’s truly a rip off! All it’s done is give me constipation. I followed the directions and have done cleanses in the past. This product is not good! Find something else to use.

Detox cleanses a tough one to review. I'm not sure if they work as well as advertised. If they did, then we should know they worked. I've done these types of cleanses before. Two things generally happen: you go #1 a lot or #2 a lot. Sure, they probably wash you out, but not precisely how the adverts tell you they do. It seems they do as good a job as drinking more than a gallon of water daily, which is a good idea. Generally speaking, people like to have a cleanse after a vacation or a while, where their regular diet takes a back seat, and they want to renew their bodies. That's precisely why I chose to do this cleanse. Eating out constantly and snacking while on the plane can do wonders for your body, and it's nice to have something that can help you recover from that. I wish it were more evident. And unfortunately, with this, it wasn't.
