It's a good supplement to go with my meals and helped me through the 2025-2026 winter from all of the types of sickness thrown at us.

The capsules are easy to take, no after taste and inexpensive.

I ordered these because I was having bad results using metformin. My A1C is 6.4 and I am 83 years old. I do believe this Pomegranite extract will lower my A1C to an acceptable level so that I can pitch the Metformin. The Metformin causes my white blood count to be way to low. The Lymphocyte % should be between 17.5 and 49.6. My % is now only 9.1. I want my Lymphocyte % to be higher because this low immune level does not protect people the catching viruses and or getting cancer.

Don’t see any difference in this product whatsoever don’t see where it’s helping. Don’t see where it’s hurting.

I am currently trying a few new things to improve my health while aging gracefully. Excellent brand and product! Love this easy form. Worth it.

Both of us tried this and feel much better. I would recommend this.
