Can you change out batteries

I do not know but the batteries last pretty long. They are very neat I really liked them for my son and his birthday they are great for party bag stuffers. They were a hit with the kids and very durable

I am thinking of ordering these for my students. Are they worth it?

They are fun! The LED lights are really cool! Really fun to see in the dark.
