Wheat-Free Cake Mix with Icing for Dogs (Birthday Cake with Pupfetti Sprinkles)

Such a fun way to celebrate your dog’s birthday. The cake mix was very easy to prepare and baked nicely following the directions on the box. The peanut butter smell had my dog waiting in the kitchen the whole time it was baking. The cake held together well and was easy to cut into smaller pieces. My dog loved it and it made his birthday feel extra special. Great option for a quick and simple dog birthday treat.

It was easy to make and my puppy loved them. I wish that lasted longer. After the 2nd they were hard and it crumbled everything my puppy bit into. I'd buy them again.

I purchased this instead of making my Penny a cake from scratch. I bought the birthday and peanut butter flavors. Keep in mind the box is a much smaller size than a regular cake mix. Each box had different instructions on how much oil and water to add to the mix. But they were super easy to follow. With one box I was able to make two 4 inch cakes for a total of four cakes. I wanted to make a tall layered cake. The birthday cake one was more like a regular cake. I tasted a little piece and it actually had a nice sweet taste to it. The peanut butter one was much more dense, it made it hard to cut through. You can smell the peanut butter as soon as you open the packaging. Each box comes with its own frosting. The frosting comes individually wrapped and it feels like it has cornstarch in it? I didn’t use the frosting but I wish I had cause the one I made got kind of runny. The birthday mix came with another packet of confetti like sprinkles. I didn’t use those either. Both cakes were very crumbly which Penny liked cause she had crumbs to lick up after she finished her cake!

If you’ve ever bought box cake from any supermarket and know how to make it, y u can make this. It’s super easy and quick and my dog, Mia, who is a super picky eater, and her little friends ate it with no hesitation

This one is a huge hit in my house. The banana cake baked up super moist, smelled great, and my dogs went absolutely feral for it. Bowls were licked clean and they kept hanging around the kitchen like I owed them more. 😂 Very easy to make and perfect for birthdays, gotcha days, or just spoiling your pups because… why not? I’ll definitely be buying the banana flavor again.

Bought this cake mix for my goldens first birthday. She absolutely loved it and enjoyed having a sweet treat on her big day. I liked that there’s wasn’t a lot of harmful ingredients, the quality of the cake was good, and I feel like the price was good for what I got. It was super simple to make and took less than 30 mins from start to finish. I loved how the frosting looked like real frosting and how fast is dried onto the cake so that I didn’t make a mess. I would definitely try another flavor from this brand again on her next birthday.

La porción del producto es muy poca, me alcanzó solo para el molde más pequeño del pastel que es el 2do piso. Tuve que hacer una receta de internet para hacer un pastel más grande y ese fue el 1er piso. Creo que es muy buena opción para sacarte de un apuro y poder hacer un pastel facil, rápido y es más económico que comprar uno fresco,solo por eso lo recomendaría. En cuanto a calidad de los ingredientes; se notó mucha la diferencia entre el pastel de caja y el que hice yo. El de caja se veía descolorido y seco, mientras el mío fresco y vivo.

Se lo comió feliz mi perrita, sugiero que aunque esté chiquito lo repartan con otros perritos por si no están acostumbrados a ciertos ingredientes
