RAM A-Frame Trailer Jack with Foot and Mounting Hardware

Because my old Camper (circa 1961) needed a special fit replacement jack that doesn't exist anymore, I had to create a bracket to use this jack, but after I did that the Jack works awesome, and should last a long time

Purchased this jack in November. Had to return it as it was grinding metal to metal when jack handle was turned before I even installed it on my trailer. Received replacement and all appeared well, with the exception of some scratches on the finish. Installed it and had the first opportunity to go camping this past week. Poor performance when lifting camper off trailer hitch with another rubbing noise. Looking at the inside shaft it appears to also be rubbing metal to metal. Hard to believe that two brand new jacks would function so poorly.

THE JACK I HAD , HAD A HANDLE ON THE TOP AND I WOULD BUST MY HAND OPEN EVERY TIME I USED IT. THIS ONE HAD A HANDLE ON THE SIDE. NOW THERE ISN'T PROBLEMS. EASY TO INSTALL.

My trailer tongue weight is about 600 lbs. This fit the trailer but it does require a bit of effort.

Great replacement jack bolted up no problems. Good quality, very sturdy and a nice finish. The hand crank on the side works great if you have a toolbox mounted on the tongue.
