Recipes are easy to follow, not an overwhelming amount of ingredients. Simple recipes that are easy to make and taste great.

We bought a Ninja Foodie XL recently and I quickly realized I needed a cookbook designed for the Grill to be able to cook with it. The instructions that come with the Foodie are not near enough to make good dishes. After reviewing several Ninja cookbooks - I decided to order this one and another one by a different Author. OMG..this book is fantastic. I have not read a cookbook from cover to cover in many years. I just couldn't put it down and was so impressed at the simplicity of Mellanie's recipes. So I dog-ear several favorite recipes and make my shopping list. I have cooked a recipe from her book every night for 2 weeks. I am even more amazed with this Ninja Grill and feel like I don't need any other instrument to cook with in my kitchen. We have been quite surprised that EVERY recipe I have made has turned out exactly as she pictures, describes and even more tasty than we thought they would be. Mellani has a slight twist that leans to the Asian, Vietnamese and Phillipino style cooking which I was pleased with. Those recipes have been right on with very authentic flavors and likeness to similar recipes. On a scale of 1-10 - I give this recipe book a 15! You will not be disappointed. The other book I purchased that was written by different author - has been a disappointment! I doubt that I will use many of those recipes in the other book. If you are hesitating on whether to buy the Ninja Grill - don't! If you have it and want a great cookbook - GET THIS ONE! I am not being paid to write this review.

I think this cookbook is fantastic. The only thing that would make it better is to have photos for all the recipes. I would pay extra if that was available. I ordered a different book first and it was awful. I returned it. These recipes are not ridiculously difficult with strange ingredients but it does stretch our imagination beyond grilled chicken and hamburgers. It has a nice contemporary feel to it. There are many things I didn’t even realize could be made in my new grill. If you have the grill you really should have this book. Great job Mellanie. Thumbs Up!

Wonderful recipes and good pictures. I love my Foodi grill and this book gives me ideas I would not have thought of. Bread pudding, pork chops with mushroom gravy, scotch eggs, and spinach and mushroom floritine hash. And so much more. So glad this has joined my treasured collection of recipes.

I was very disappointed that this 2023 cookbook makes only one reference to the Smart Probe (pages 4 and 7). That's the feature that caused me to buy the Foodi Grill, and it pretty much guarantees perfectly cooked meals. The free 15 recipe book that comes with the Grill gives in many recipes the step-by-step directions you need to use the Probe. I was expecting that to be included in this book. Nope. Update Jan. 16, 2024: I found some recipes in the book that DO involve the Smart Thermometer, and they all work well. I have tried some recipes that rely on timed cooking rather than the thermometer, and some of them work as well. But it was the thermometer cooking that got me to buy the Foodi Grill, and recipes that involve that capability of the Grill are far preferable, in my view.

Great Meals. Price is rite

We got our grill as a gift for my mother who lives alone but decided she wouldn’t use it. We got it out on a rainy cold afternoon when we had laid out steaks. After dinner my husband said he would never fire up the gas grill for two again. We need to find out what else this thing can do. This cookbook answered that question. We have almost made our way through the whole book and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The recipes have been delicious and really easy. Most are perfect for after work when time is precious. You need this book.

Great book and grill - we use it in the RV and it works great as an air fryer and as a grill. This book has great recipes and is well written - would highly recommend.

Very happy with this book can’t wait to try some of the recipes lots of photos as well

I learned some things but was disappointed this book doesn't use International Units, and most of the recipes don't have a photo.

Got the kindle version and super underwhelming. Very little pictures and to be honest will likely not be used (youre better off chat GPTing recepies than this book which reads like a very dry compilation of grilling recipies).
