Tasty Bite Mediterranean Protein Bowl, 8.8 Ounce, Pack of 6, Ready to Eat, Microwaveable, Vegan, 14 Grams Plant Protein

I live a busy life, and sometimes finding something quick (and nutritional) is hard for me to do. I saw these Tasty Bite protein bowls, and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! This set came with 6 bowls, each individually wrapped and packaged. I think these are great for a meal on-the-go, or for traveling. They also are great for a quick go-to meal, which is filling and tasty. I love the blend of the couscous, chick peas, and other beans. The vinaigrette sauce (comes in a pack as shown in my photo), is an interesting mix of flavors; the sauce pairs nicely with the beans and couscous. I love the tangy, citrus- like flavor of the vinaigrette sauce. These bowls are super easy to prepare; simply peel back the top (about half way), and then put the bown in microwave for about 60 seconds. The bowl heats up evenly, though I also make sure to let it sit for a little bit before eating. I love the ingredients of these protein bowls, and find them to be a nice blend of different kinds of flavors/textures. I feel good about eating these, as they have a lot of good attributes. The bowls are vegan, kosher, and the plastic bowl is BPA-free. I'm very pleased with these Tasty Bite Mediterranean style protein bowls; I definitely would order them again. I'd also love to try some of the other flavor choices. These are a great option, especially if you're a busy person or are on-the-go alot. I find these to be a flavorful treat, and one of my new favorites things! Very yummy!

Its edible, but not something Ill order again. Nothing wrong with the food, I feel maybe my definition of mediterranean doesnt Jibe with the products definition. I had them as emergency rations. I choked it down and it sustained me. Im not going to say dont buy it. It reminded me a bit of Tabouleh, which I do love. I could have fixed it with some olives, lemon juice and fresh mint, but struggle meal, none of that available.

Delivers protein but very bland in the taste department!

These are really delicious. You can add things to it and make it your own. Like cut up some tomatoes after you cook it. I've added barley carrots, Italian dressing just a little bit. Really good for the money and quality. Very good and it only takes a minute to cook it in the microwave

This item is quick and easy to make. That said, it is rather bland, and it has a somewhat unpleasant texture. The product isn't *terrible* but it may very well be my least favorite protein bowl I've ever had.
