I'm having some health problems because it was not drinking enough water. The amount of water that was recommended was substantially more than I was drinking and I just was getting tired of for drinking bottle after bottle of water. My doctor suggested that many of her patients like this brand of flavor enhancer. The taste is very good and it has increased the amount of water that I'm taking in and my last test results reflected and improvement. My wife has started using one of the other flavors and she reported the same problem that I noted initially and as a little bit of an aftertaste after you finish your drink. But I have I have gotten used to the drink and don't even think about any aftertaste after I'm done.

Mio orange tangerine is my favorite. These are cheaper on Amazon then in the store so i buy here. I would say my only down fall and it could be me, is that it affects my heartburn sometimes. It taste really good and makes drinking water way easier.

this i my absolute favorite flavor of MIO. it reminde me of the old orange drink fro mcdonalds. There is no aftertaste and it is just good. I am glad i ws able to find this is the 3.4 oz size. If you mix with other flavors you get fruit punch. Thes are nice to take withoyou adn leave at your desk just to give your water a extra zip. I like there and there is no sugar
