I wanted something that would help me to comfortably maintain a calorie deficit while I jog/run and strength train throughout the week. I also needed to stay energized throughout the day. I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks or so and it has worked well. I saw the results around day 2 or 3. I have been experiencing decreased appetite and sustained energy each day. The ingredients are clean and it is a great price, I purchased two to start because it was so reasonably priced. Plus, I have other Drops of Nature products and they do not disappoint. Their products are great quality, notably effective, and with minimal ingredients. The dosage is fair, I usually take 2 1/2 squeezes because I want to make sure I am getting the full 2 ml. The consistency is thin like tea. The taste is fine, just like ultra concentrated and sweetened green tea. For me personally, the pineapple flavor is undetectable. I highly recommend this product. Update: The more I use this product the more my appetite decreases. I need and want very little food, and I am an active person who works out regularly. I recommend taking it for a while because it becomes more effective over time.

This product is amazing! I’m going on month 4. The taste is sweet, but not overwhelming. The suggestion is to put two droppers a day under the tongue in the mouth. I prefer sublingual vitamins where I can get them for absorption, so this is perfect. There is no caffeine high no jittery feel from the green tea extracts. I personally shake the dropper before taking it and then squeeze the contents of the dropper itself back into the jar and then shake it again. Takes a few seconds in the morning and a few seconds at night. I wait a few minutes after I put it in my mouth before I do anything like brush my teeth or eat. Again, it’s a smooth tasting tincture and I believe it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s great value for the money it’s made in the USA. Win, win, win! I have recommended it to many friends and as always suggest you discuss with your doctor possible benefits of EGCG and catechins. If your doctor is not aware of what this is or what it can do, please request to see a nutritionist and be prepared to hand your Dr information on EGCG and recommend they look into it for possible option options for their patients, not necessarily to cure, but to augment possible healing impact, turnover cells and positive attributes, green tea has to offer without the jitter, etc. You can also contact your health practitioner if you have one to discuss it with them….. I’m not suggesting everyone should take it as many people may be on medicines that might have impacts so yes talk to your doctor! As for me, it’s been a phenomenal experience. I missed it one day because I didn’t get my order in and I definitely could tell, not in a big way, but definitely could feel less energy and clarity of mind. This isn’t the only ECG on the market, but this is one which meets all the checkpoints for me which is made in USA the sublingual high-quality ingredients in an approved lab for quality control. It’s not a pill so you don’t have to worry about that. You could put it in a drink, but my thing would be if you put it in a drink and you swallow it then it will be subject to your stomach acid, so I suggest as I’ve been using it and as indicated to put it under the tongue.

Love this quality ingredient product delivered in a dark bottle (to protect the extract) and an suction lid dropper allowing for easy, precise dosing into my daily tea. Mixes well with no taste or smell.

Would give it 5 stars but the rubber bulb doesn’t suck enough up to fill to the 1 ml line. Works great, not bitter.

Seems to be a quality product. I have only used it a few days in conjunction with other products. My clothes do seem to be slightly looser. I plan on continuing for further evaluation.

Taste great! No side effects experienced, energy level wonderful, taken for only a week no signs of weight loss yet .
