Panasonic 2 Handset Expandable Cordless Phone System with Answering Machine, Amber Backlit Display and Call Block - KX-TGC362B (Black)

I'm not going to write a lot....it's late....but I just want to say that I read reviews for hours and hours.....I am normally a Panasonic person...but I was willing to read other reviews and look on other websites. In the end...Amazon had the best price, of course, they have the best customer service, This model phone had the best reviews for what I was looking for. STILL, I did not buy them. I waited a few days because I just...wasn't...sure... I DID NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. You know how there are all these good reviews and then there's like one or two bad ones....just enough to plant the seed of doubt? Anyway, I finally bought them. The reason I decided to bore you with this review is in case there's someone like me who obviously has this much time to spend buying a new phone. Bottom line.....NOT DISAPPOINTED!!...Matter of fact, I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality and advancements since I bought my last Panasonic phones.....I've had them about a month now and I'm really happy with looks, quality, performance & features.

It has been harder to find this type of product in stores. I ordered this after moving to New Mexico and live in a rural area where the landline is essential. The voicemail works and sounds very good. I use my smartphone most of the time but when I need this phone to work it does so admirably. It has an intercom function I never need but it might be useful for other people. I am happy I bought it.

Just got it but a great phone so far. If you want to screen your calls, this is a great phone to do it with. Phones that mention " answering system" are probably the playback type but on this model, you can actually hear the message as they are speaking. My family gets a lot of telemarketing calls and this is a great way to ignore them. You have the retrieving later option, but it is much easier to hear them live. The sound quality is great. The keypad lights up as a call comes in and when you make a call. It also comes with a second phone on a rechargeable base so it is more convenient if another family member wants to answer it from another room. It seems harder to find a phone with an answering machine in the base today but if you want to screen your calls from what I think of as pesky people this is the one I would highly recommend. Panasonic has been around a long time for good reason and we trust this brand. Again, only my opioion, but I hope it helps.

I bought this to completely get rid of the cell phone that I tried out for six months. It was so nice to get back to knowing which numbers I was dialing because I could actually feel the buttons. This phone has the extra features I was hoping for (caller ID, speed dialing, answering machine, phone book, missed calls identified, call waiting), as I did not want to have to purchase a separate answering machine, which I did in the past with another cordless phone, The orange tint on the plastic covering the messages is subtle enough and still easy to read. I would recommend this particular model to anyone wanting to have a cordless phone with a land line. Sooooo much easier than a cell phone!

This is my second Panasonic cordless DECT 6.0 phone system. The last model I bought was a number of years ago and some of the buttons were no longer reacting to being pushed, thus, not working. I decided to get this KX-TGC360 model, hoping that I could register these new handsets to the older base station. I can not. After contacting Panasonic, they said it would not be backward compatible. I had asked this question on this ask question web page and some people said it could be done, but that is wrong. The new phone system is up and running, but now I have to manually transfer thirty saved phone book numbers and about twenty five blocked numbers. I just want other people to be aware of this non-compatibility and let them decide if this is the road they want to take

We still use our land line and had and older phone and answering machine that finally went kaput. The new phone was simple to install the batteries and plug in The answering machine was simple to apply with the instructional booklet and the headsets were easy to use. Worth it.

Great design. I was glad that this set came with the belt clip attachment. Although I use that to rest my ear on. LOL Buttons are large and easily readable. The keypad as well as the screen light up. Really cool feature is that there is a light on the top of each handset that blinks Amber if you have a message waiting on the machine. Also, you can listen to your messages via handset or by the machine. It has some really cool ringtone options.one complaint is that sometimes it does not seem very loud even when you try to turn the volume up. But it is louder than most models. And it is definitely louder if you put it on speaker phone.

Hasta ahora no veo ningún problema, funciona todo cuánto dice, buen nivel de audio, bocinas. Se puede elegir idioma y si las teclas hacen ruido. Es fácil de configurar. El único detalle y capaz no sea por el teléfono es que se tarda hasta el tercer tono en identificar la llamada.

Muy buen equipo muy recomendable... excelente calidad en sus plasticos, buena iluminaciòn y tamaño de numeros, buena recepciòn aun a distancia superior a 10 metros de la base, la pila dura bastante, la grabvadora de mensajes muy practica y facil de usar... Instralaciòn super sencilla.... bonito diseño. muy buena relaciòn precio . calidad

I have had these phones before and they lasted years. I was so pleased I could get them again. They are affordable and work great!
