I've been using it twice a day for about 2 weeks, 30 breathes each time. I am already starting to increase the degree of difficulty by increasing the clicks on the device, and I am starting to feel a difference-improvement in my lungs. I don't have any health problems but my lung capacity-volume seems larger. The unit arrived quickly and so far seems to be good quality. Yes I would recommend it.

This device does, indeed, increase the strength of respiratory muscles. More importantly, it aids in overcoming periods of low blood-oxygen--a major source of dementia.
