I needed a new hair drier & my hairstylist recommended this one because it’s the one she uses in the salon. I love this dryer! The size is perfect with its long cord and as an added bonus it dries my hair faster than my old dryer did before it stopped working.

**UPDATE!!**I returned the broken item and they sent me a replacement the next day. The new one arrived with all prongs on the diffuser in tact! I've used it a few times since then and loved the results! Changed rating to 5 stars for great customer service and easy return.The product arrived today and I was so excited. Especially since it looks like the Dyson without the price. I open the box and noticed the prongs on the diffuser are off... Well, turns out some were broken or burnt off. I compared it to the picture on the box to make sure it wasn't just me and sure enough, they were broken. Returning for a refund and getting another... Maybe the real thing.

Ok I will just put this out there...I am rarely impressed by much these days... but this is the best hair dryer I have ever owned! So I was fully prepared for this hair dryer to be just another hyped product that did not perform as advertised and I would most likely have to return it. Well, I am thrilled to say this hair dryer impressed me!!! This little beauty is exactly what I have searched for ! The dryer is lightweight and does not make my hands or arm ache from holding it and it's powerful! It usually takes at least 1/2 hour to dry my hair and even then it's still damp. With this dryer it went from towel dried to bone dry in less than 10 minutes and feels like silk! It has a button that switches the air from cool to hot or back again without holding the button in. Just press and let go and the air temperature changes. It also came with 3 attachments that lock in to the head and don't fall off during use. And finally, it has an ACLI surge protect plug and a nylon velcro built-in strap to keep the cord wrapped up when not in use! I am so thrilled with this dryer that I am purchasing another one for my granddaughter! If I could give 10 stars I would! I’ve been using this hair dryer off and on for 2.5 years. Recently the motor made a funny sound, and then smoke started coming out of where the cord was attached at the bottom, as well as near the blower end.My mom has had the same dryer for 15 years and it still works, but this one failed and almost caused serious injury (as well as a fire) within 2.5 years!I can’t recommend buying this to anyone unless you feel like setting yourself on fire!

I've never had a dryer like this, so it took a few times to figure out best way to use it. I do like it a lot. The plus on this is it has a "cool" setting and it has a small button that you can push during drying with hot air that will change it to cool air. That's a real plus. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I'm used to having a drying barrel -- where the hot air comes out of the brush end, but I've not been able to find one like I had which is old and now broken. I just have to learn the best way to use this and its tools.

This is a very good hairdryer it dries my hair really fast. This is my second one. I dropped the first one and broke it so I ordered another one. Highly recommend.

It's not too strong, it's good for wavy hair, not coarse hair, but it's light on the hands.
