Why would you have to change out the filter if you can wash it?

I forgot to dump out the water and clean the tank last time I used it so it started to smell. I tried to clean it and soak it in water but ended up just getting a new filter. I also have a dog so I think after so many times using it, it will probably start to smell. All of the dirty water gets pushed through it and it ends up pretty gross.

Where are the filters and brushes made/ manufactured?

They work great in your Bissell cross wave and for the price I’ll keep ordering them as I need them.

Why did mt bissell crosswave pet pro come in a generic box, not the box i see advertised?

I don' know. Mine has always been in a Bissell box.
