I was so completely pleased with the design, construction (including the materials), and performance of this dispenser that I ordered a second one on May 5, 2023. Unfortunately that second unit did not function properly (actually, at all!). I tried another set of fresh batteries but to no avail. On the package there is a note stating that, if something is wrong, the purchaser should contact the company via an email address. I did so, carefully describing the problem (the company did not even want a picture or video of the defective unit, just the Amazon order number), and received a prompt reply stating that a replacement would be sent to me immediately. This replacement was scheduled to arrive on May 22, 2023. Obviously it arrived well-before that date. I had asked how the company wanted to handle the defective unit and I received a reply telling me to just discard it. Frankly, in today's market, that kind of service is almost unimaginable! Once the unit arrived (last week), the company wrote to me and asked if I was satisfied (and of course I responded in the affirmative). The replacement unit functions just as perfectly as does the first one. I am sure that the defective unit I received was just an anomaly. This company, Upper Echelon Products, is a SUPERB company regarding customer care and customer service. I have not experienced anything like this kind of service in many, many, many years. If you need or want an automatic liquid soap dispenser for a bathroom or kitchen, I strongly - VERY STRONGLY - recommend that you buy this one. Its design, its quality, and, above all, the customer support which you will receive from the company, makes buying this dispenser an extremely wise purchase. That doesn't even mention its performance which is positively first-rate. And that's not even to mention another thing: the price of this unit, currently $27.99 (BEFORE any applicable discounts here on Amazon). In my opinion that price is a BARGAIN for what you get. And you must keep in mind that the manufacturing company TRULY CARES about the satisfaction of its customers. Again, VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY (as highly as I can state) RECOMMENDED. Just arrived 4/2/25. Put it to use quickly. Initial impressions; it’s GREAT! Several key points: - unlike some of the reviews, the Owner’s Manual mine came with is in English. That said, the unit is so simple to operate, I actually didn’t check the manual until AFTER I was using it (I only looked at the manual to see if it was indeed, written in Chinese, and to see if there were hidden features). On the hidden features; not really. Hold the + button for 1s to turn it ON. Figured that one out after installing the batteries. Hold the - button for 2s to turn it OFF. 5 levels of soap dispensing. Press + or - to adjust. - it uses 4xAA batteries. This is something I actually consider a positive vs needing to wait for a built-in battery to recharge. When the small Green LED stays Red, it’s time to replace the batteries. - unlike some other units that use AA batteries and state that you need to use alkaline batteries, as the 1.2v nominal voltage of NiMh rechargeables is too low, and their soap dispenser may not work, the manual for THIS UNIT explicitly states that you CAN use rechargeable batteries in this unit (they just have the standard disclaimer of not mixing battery types). Great. I have a few dozen Eneloop batteries. Yep. It works great with 4 of those. - It’s a nice size, and I like the clear tank, making it very easy to see how much soap is in it. I’m using it at the kitchen sink for regular Dawn dish soap, and it dispenses it with ease - good clearance for hands, or a dishwashing sponge, and the dispenser is indeed no-drip. I’ll update in a few months to a year from now, for battery life with 4 AA Eneloops, and how the unit is holding up (if it doesn’t fail before then).

I like the soap dispenser it works great for cooking (more sanitary). I like how you can see the different color soaps and it worked great from February 2022 up until September 2024. So I got a good 2.5 years out of it when the sensor just only turns red and stops working all together. They don’t make things to last but I’m buying it again because it liked how it looked.

Everlasting Comfort makes the Best automatic soap dispenser I've found and I have tried them all - even the fancy expensive ones! Changing batteries while loaded with soap can be challenging - so I only fill half way. I bought my first 4 years ago and it was in use every day - we even take it in the RV - just turn it off & brace it in the dish drainer when on the road. The first started acting up a little (flashing red for no apparent reason - not giving my husband his required amount - so I bought a new one. This new one has more energy. My only worry is the company will stop making them.

This is a super soap dispenser...simple to use, responsive, and has enough battery power to support its effective function--and they last awhile. (We use on the lowest dispensing setting with rechargeable lithium ion AA batteries). We also take good care as the instructions give to maintain it. I was pleasantly surprised that a replacement was promptly sent when ours finally gave out (after almost 3 years)...I along with other happy reviewers are glad for the excellent customer service, and the company standing behind its products...Rebecca very cordial and communicative. We keenly missed it and glad to be up & running again:) The replacement seems to operate with the same excellence as our original one, and has a 2 year warranty. This is the first day, so hopefully with good care, it will have longevity. There are several on the market that look similar this dispenser...yet may not be near as dependable, and come with top rate customer service.

I loved this automatic soap dispenser. It's simple to use, and you can always see the soap level in it. It has a big hole on the top to fill it so that the soap doesn't go everywhere, and I love that it has a slide control on the top for the amount of soap dispensed at a time. I have another one that you have to roll the dial down on the side, and you can't tell what you're getting. This one I believe has just 3 click settings. I picked the middle one which seems to be a good amount for my needs. I have this one sitting on the kitchen sink which has it filled with the orange Dawn dishwashing, disinfecting hand soap. The spout isn't too big or too small, and the sensor is placed at a good area that it doesn't accidentally go off if something gets too close. I'm about to order a second dispenser for the basement right now. Get this dispenser, you won't regret it.

This soap dispenser works well. Used it for 6 months and then just stopped. After cleaning it up, it worked again. If you find that green led coming on but don't hear the motor and don't get any soap. Try cleaning it out. This worked great for us. I also recommend diluting liquid soap a little to make it flow easier. [Update] - Not long after the last update, it failed to operate again. Not worth the time and money. We got a better brand and have loved it so much more.

Kupione dwa egzemplarze, są ładne, wygodny otwór do nalewania mydła w płynie, ale jest problem z działaniem. Standardowe mydło jest zbyt gęste, trzeba było rozcieńczyć 1:1 z wodą, żeby wypływało z dozownika i to jest jeszcze do zaakceptowania. Niestety czujniku ruchu w obu dozownikach reagują przypadkowo na ruch ręką, tak jeden raz na 3-5 poruszeń ręką. Próby pobrania miarki mydła jest bardzo frustrująca. To najgorszy wynik z kilku ostatnich używanych dozowników automatycznych i będę zwracał urządzenia.

I absolutely love this soap dispenser easy to use and looks fancy. I’m using it to dispense soap at the kitchen sink and I love that the amount is adjustable. Hold plenty of liquid soap, it also has a 2 year warranty which appealed to me in case something happens to it later on.

Me encanta su diseño, es moderno y decora mucho, de lo mejor su gran capacidad ya que te ahorras estar llenando continuamente el recipiente, el sensor va muy bien y detecta enseguida las manos, el que se pueda regular es genial, pues ahorra jabón y lo adaptas a lo que tú necesites. Lo aconsejo estoy muy contenta con mi compra.

This dispenser works perfectly . the sensor is quick, so no waving your hand around. It puts out just the right amount of soap, and the 17oz capacity lasts a long time (haven’t had to refill yet). It feels sturdy, looks nice on the counter, and keeps things more hygienic with no mess. Great buy for both kitchen and bathroom!
