Ihave a little 8lb dog who is 11 yo. He goes everywhere and is completely trained to go outside as well as on a pad. I have tried EVERY PAD sold. It seems they all have the same difficulties of leaking, not holding much (even for an 8lb dog) and leaving wet spots on the floor!! These pads seem to really work! I am on my second order of pads and they work to hold the waste within the pad. Even when my dog is on the edge of the pad, the pad has been excellent at catching the waste! I am amazed and just hope that this continues! Sometimes I think manufacturers change the type of materials they use such that the pads do not work as well. For now, I am VERY HAPPY with this pad!!

I got these potty pads for my 6 pound chihuahua who is recovering from a surgery and needs to stay inside as much as possible. These are very absorbent and do not leak at all. They seem to be great quality and the pee doesn't just sit on top. Overall I think for how many you get this is a great price!

If I were using these for a piddling puppy, I seriously doubt they would hold much as they are VeryVery Thin. I’m using them to line the bottom of a large crate. I am tending a recovering injured community cat I found who I took to the emergency vet. He is recovering from wounds received (?from a fight? have no idea how, I just knew he needed Help❤️‍🩹) and these liners are working great. He goes into a large litter box & sometimes rather enthusiastically. So litter Flies! The liners are changed one or more times a day as they collect spilled food, drinking water, litter that escapes from his litter box & the occasional “accident”. For the kitties purposes & mine, which is keeping him & his temporary abode clean- it Works. But seriously they are thin & would not hold much urine. I hope this helps animal lovers out there.

Bogus. I cut across section and there is no five layers in these. They do not measure up to the capacity of other brands out there. I've tried a lot of them and they may cost a few bucks more but there is no comparison in the water holding. I do not recommend

Actually, I’ve always had a furry friend on my life and I never even thought about using these until I move from my home to a condominium and it’s not always real convenient to go in and out at night but I have to say the size is large the packaging is good there will made of course your puppies going to try to chew it up, but it held up The crazy thing about it is I’ve used pads for a sick family member just for the bed so I was just never comfortable with having went out for a puppy always felt like that would be hard to get them from using the ad versus going outside but actually he did go straight on the pad so I was really surprised about that only to urinate not to do number two but I ended up giving a few these to the friend of mine. Also that parent is bad written and it worked really well probably better than the adult patch you can buy for that reason , so I was quite impressed with the way they were actually made and the durability of them as well .

This batch of pads were defected. The whole pack had pit holes all in them with white patches. If you zoom in you will see what I’m talking about. Every one of them was like this. This is the first I’ve seen this way. I have reordered and they should arrive today. I’ve never had any look like this .

One of my cats is on 💊medicine, & ever since that was started, he doesn't use his litter box to poop in. He does use it for peeing. Obviously, this was a problem for me. He's a good boy, and I knew he was very uncomfortable all the time, so I tried to just "deal with it" for a while. Then I thought to try putting these pads just outside each box & put just a little bit of litter on the pad. He used them! When he poops there, I 1st cover the poop with some cat litter & leave it there until the moisture is absorbed. Then I hold the edges of the pad and roll it back & forth for a few seconds until everything is covered with litter. Then I just let it all slide into the litter box & scoop the poop into the used-litter container as usual. By putting it all into the box 1st, I don't have to waste all the clean litter on the disposable pad. Last step - just scoop a little clean litter back onto the used paper pad on the area that's stained. I can do this a couple times before needing to replace the paper. Nothing ever seeps through it, and the poop doesn't usually cling to it, which is why I can use the paper again. So kitty & I reached a compromise, and it is working well for both of us.

I hoped the poor reviews were exaggerated but they were correct. I am very disappointed at the false advertising. Amazon, please correct the dimensions advertised for this product. The pads true measurements are 43 inches x 27 inches, which is smaller than the advertised 44 inches x 28 inches. The absorbent pad is even smaller measuring 35 inches x 24 inches. Only buy these pads if you accept the smaller dimensions in the reviews.

Do the job. Not amazingly absorbent but fine.
