Christmas jamon
I ordered this jamon as part of our family Christmas Eve celebration. We have ordered hams from several other companies over the last decade. This one was by far the best. Great quality. Flavorful. And definitely added a "wow" factor to the entire table.

THE HAM IS SUPER DRY AND RANSEOUS
Second time I buy ham from this people. Gave them a second try and regret it. Their Serrano ham is more expensive and Jamon Prive is much better and cheaper than this one. They doubt on what you say and give you stupid recommendations. Like, cover the ham with plastic wrap or it is normal for the ham to look like that after a few days cut. Believe me, both these pictures were taken right when the ham was cut. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

Excellent product
It is 3rd year in the row that I am ordering same serrano ham from Monte Nevado. Excellent taste. Excellent quality. So far this year jamon is even with the best taste. With every bite you experience excellent quality pork meet without any artificial taste of hormones or preservatives.
