Filipino spaghetti sauce NOT ITALIAN
Sweet Filipino spaghetti sauce is NOT to be at all confused with any Italian style spaghetti sauce. Filipinos take the kind of spaghetti sauce your thinking of and mix it with ketchup to get a similar flavor to this... but this is easier and better. How do you serve it? Cut half a pack of hotdogs into coins and fry, remove from pan. Mix half and pound EACH of ground beef and ground (I like mild) sausage and brown in skillet, drain fat. Add hotdogs back. Pour this sauce on top. Serve over spaghetti and/or rice. Think you can’t mix spaghetti with rice? You’re wrong. You can, it’s when you eat a spaghetti sauce developed by island dwelling Asians.

Really sweet, used it when making chili so spices overwhelmed the sweet flavor. It is delicious nonetheless. My friends devoured the chili I made with this tomato sauce much like a Staffordshire Terrier set loose in a peanut butter Factory
