Pegs not included
Did not come with the pegs or hardware as described. The boards are thick and nice but disappointed to not have pegs included *update: I did reach out to the company and they apologized and said they would mail them.

Holes too SHALLOW and unsafe
Holes are way too SHALLOW - they don't allow getting deep enough purchase / insertion for comfortable and stable/safe climbing. The first kid I talked to since our school mounted it in the gym said he almost fell due to this peg problem. - Other reviewers report the holes rounding/wearing, which make it increasingly difficult to climb and eventually unusable. They should include LONGER mounting bolts and SPACERS / SHIMS (one 3" - 4" along each side or along top & bottom would be inexpensive additions (cheaper than making the entire board 1"+ thicker).
