This is the real deal. It works fantastic and very fast. It cooks in a shorter time.Then the directions tell you to leave it in the oven. I did notice that it doesn't get much hotter than 200 maybe 220 in 85 degree weather. I made 2 pork tenderloins that turned out amazing. I had to shorten the cook time on the second one.Because it cooked so fast. My only opinion is you need at least 21 to do your meats In and one to do veggies and potatoes or other side items.

It works beautifully... Got it fast and in a perfect condition... My God, it cooks the chicken before the tempeture gets to 250F... It gives you big portion of food for two... As for cleaning, it is extremely easy, I could put my entire arm, up to my shoulder in the tube with enough room to move my hand and arm around to wipe or wash it after using... I really don't know why people were writing about how difficult it is to clean. I really hope it works during the winter as in Canada we have the long ones.. Planing to buy another one in a month or two.... Thanks a lot for this very well made, sturdy and amazing oven..
