These seemed to be improving the quality of my sleep, partly by preventing my legs from deciding to jerk around at random the moment I started to go under. Until I (or perhaps a friend) misplaced the bottle. I shall have to buy another, and will do so gladly.

I used this to treat one of my bunnies, Bentley, who had problems with urinary sludge and stones. This product resolved her issues. Here was her daily regiment: (Rabbit 6#; Urinary sludge, straining, blood in urine, litter box aversion, expanded/thickened mass in abdomen, intermittent inappetence.) 1. Baytril (60mg SID from 1/10/2016 – end Feb when bleeding had stopped for several days.) 2. Dandelion root tea to mix for syringing and ¼ of fill in water crock daily 3. I started her on the liquid magnesium 2/23/2016. It took about 5 weeks to fully resolve the sludge. Once resolved, add 1 to 1.5 ml/cc to 500 ml of fresh water (20oz) for maintenance.

I take this in conjunction with Eidon's Potassium Mineral Supplement. I have used this combination for 4 months and I can sincerely state that this combo has lowered my blood pressure--both the systolic and diastolic--10 points. I use two dropper full 1x each day on an empty stomach with 2 ounces of loads of pulp orange juice. I would recommend mixing it with juice, because if you place it directly under your tongue straight from the bottle it is not a pleasant taste---it's a mineral--and therefore the taste stays with you for quite awhile.

A good way to get magnesium into your system. Tasteless.
