Would you recommend this scratcher or wovte back scratcher?

I am some what happy with these back scratchers; if I were to buy another I would get the oversized one instead. These are a little small but they work for me.

Is the scratching claw made of metal?

I thought the scratching claws are robber and extendable handle is metal. I gifted it to my friend.
