I am so thankful I got these! Recommended by Lovely Loops ladies who teach calligraphy. (I just grabbed some cheap printer paper because I couldn't wait to try them. So forgive that.) Tried the vintage colors. Black Fri deal. They have the widest degree of thick to thin lines I've ever seen. They are smooth to write with, with no skipping. Medium in firmness. Not sure how long the ink will last but ... the colors are so beautiful and complimentary. The colors on the lids matched well. No color name on pen though. But they feel great to hold and the lids work great on both ends. They layer very well! I can get a variety of lighter and darker shades. So easy to create depth to your words or shading. They don't smell, an important factor for me. They also don't make any sound when writing too! So delightfully smooth and quite! You can combine colors by letting gravity transfer the ink while touching the nibs together too. Example in pictures. I'm excited about getting the rest of these pens from this brand!

These pens exceeded my expectations! They write very well. The tip is perfect so as not to loose shape. The colors are nice too - not too bright but bold enough to see well. No problem with smears either. They were a great price too. Some of these pens sell for $4 a piece. Highly recommend.

These pens are my favorite nib style for my modern calligraphy. Nice range of colors and the price is good and low for the quality, in my opinion. Comfortable in the hand - light and matte texture. Smooth nibs - nearly daily use for journaling and project planing for around 2 months - there has been no fraying or drying out. I use higher quality notebooks, so also consider my paper is 160GSM and designed to prevent these things. Tested bleed/ghosting with a couple paper weights - - basic computer - no bleed, minor ghosting - Strathmore sketch - no bleed, only ghosted when layering heavily. - canson mixed media 119GSM - no bleed - no ghost - A&O - 160GSM - no bleed - no ghost - Tomoe River paper (sterling ink and hobonichi) - 52GSM - light ghost - minimal bleed if layering only. Can smudge if you’re working fast .. but overall they dry pretty quick and there is little smudge. I do mixed media work and these work with a good range of other mediums for layering too. Can also be blended with a water brush pen to give watercolor effect - create good ombré effects!! Overall - highly recommend!! Can work with a ton of artistic styles!!

These are pretty good. Good value for the money, which quite a few color options, and they write decently smooth.

Love the colors, love the brush nibs, love the brand! Great for beginners and/or pro’s for small to medium hand lettering and more! Will be repurchasing in the future!

I purchased the Vintage set first and immediately fell in love. These marker pens are amazing. The tips allow for excellent control of this into thin lines, are consistent in size and texture, do not bleed through paper or smear. I immediately purchased the other two color sets. (This listing has the natural set labeled as "multicolor".) Writech did not lable or name the colors, I came up with names for my swatches. No two colors are alike, although what I labeled as salmon (vintage) and coral (multicolor/natural) are very similar, as well as brown (vibrant) and olive (multicolor/natural). Similar, but not exactly the same. I also feel that the price is excellent for this quality of pens. Would absolutely recommend and but again.

Perfect!! I’ve tried fountain pens, brush pens, highlighters, and eventually settled on using the Zebra Mildliners for calligraphy and script. They work, but they would dull over time and make my writing chunky. These pens are the opposite. They’re sturdy so I can actually write with varying pressure and not worry about the cotton tip. Most importantly, they’re flexible. I used my mild liner for the title, so you can get an idea of what my font usually looks like. They’re smaller than the highlighters, so be aware of that. I would prefer them a little bigger, but am in love with them regardless. They’re super juicy with great flow, but don’t take forever to dry. I tried to smudge it with my finger super aggressively, and they stayed. I will note the lime green was a bit juicer than the rest, so it had a little bit of bleed through, but it didn’t bleed onto the next page. Beautiful pens, I highly recommend for any kind of journaling or writing. Writech has done it again!

These markers are great -- Journaling, colouring, sign lettering, card making etc. No bleeding. Easy to use and ink lasts a long time.
