According to the leaf shredder manual, the line diameter is 0.09” (2.0-2.2 mm).

how do you change the line?

It's been awhile since I had this mulcher but as I remember there are no tools necessary. You just simply thread the cutter line into the cutting head. It just snaps in, very easy. There were 2 lines attached to the head.

What's diameter size ? I am looking for stronger heavy duty replacement line for worx WG430 leaf mulcher-anyone recommend better heavy duty last long

I would say standard edger line. Too much heavier might be difficult to get through the holes.

I order this its to thick to pass through? What am i supposed to do ?

I would return the new line. They may have made a mistake in the packaging. Also when it's cold the line gets stiff and is hard to thread thru the holes. Also check that the hole area is clean and clear of any debris.
