Hitschler Softi Chewy Candy (200 pcs case) by Hitschler [Foods]

I used to get these in high school so I figured I would indulge in my nostalgia. They did not disappoint, I can shamefully destroy like 15 of these things in a single sitting. They came in a plastic bag, not a box, but they seem to be pretty fresh and taste great.

Based on other reviews, I was nervous that I would not get the candy pictured. However, I am pleased to report that these are the yummy Hitschler Softis I remember from middle school! Thanks, eScount! They do not come in a box, but instead are double-wrapped in plastic bags. But, since I’m not putting them on display or anything, that’s fine!

Bought this because the store where we usually got these from closed. Nice fruit flavor, not too sweet or sticky, exactly like we remember it. My daughter really loves these and I will be ordering more 💕

The taffy was soft and tasty. Although the sticks are different colors, the flavor is the same. I gave them to my grandchildren and nieces and nephews for Christmas. They look forward to getting them every year.

I’ve ordered these several times. This time, the candies tasted like plastic or old. That aside, this was what I expected.

Loved the nostalgia of this candy. We used to get this as treats in school and it was a treat to have them again. They are like a more subtle starburst without all the artificial colors.

Super fresh and exactly how I expected them!! They stayed fresh out of the bag for about 60 days.

Was a package of 200 but when counted, was 189. Not good when you need to divide between kids. Customer should get what they pay for or update the description that may be around 200.
