Great product and brilliant service.
This makes life simple on the Surface Pro9. Why there is so few port on the Surface Pro 9 I will never know and why they got rid of the internal SD card really disappointed me. This accessories cures all. Well worth it.

Great tool for all interfaces on the Surface Pro 9. Card reader (2 sizes), RJ45, USB-C, USB-A 3.0, audio jack (not used yet), HDMI (not used yet). I have one complaint. When plugged into my Pro 9, the labeling of the connections are on the back of the adapter, but that is not that big of a deal

I like the size and the design of the product, however after less than 2 months of use, not even daily use the unit no longer worked. I contact the company on Thursday about my concerns of a defective product and they had me troubleshoot some things. It still did not work, so without any questions they said they would ship a replacement device. I expected that it would take some time to get the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the replacement device was at my place less than 18 hours later. Very happy with the customer service.
