Why isnt there any training content in this book?

My husband coaches track and really loved all the helpful notes in this book! It includes great graphics and recommendations on how to include different movements and drills in daily practice regimens. 10/10 recommend!

Molto tecnico nelle descrizioni con richiami di fisica del movimento. Richiede conoscenze in materia perché sia fruibile al meglio. Ottimo libro, non per tutti.
