Theralogix TheraNatal Lactation Complete – Postnatal Vitamin, NSF Certified

I have this product in a subscription because it’s so good. I use the maternity ones my whole pregnancy and then I use the lactation vitamins because I’m a breast-feeding mom my baby’s vitamin D is good and his iron levels are amazing. These vitamins are really good. The quality is really good. Also, I know some people say they are a little pricey, but they’re worth it.

I too this companies prenatal vitamins while pregnant so it was a natural transition to these postpartum. I exclusively pump (my baby was premature and spent a month in the NICU, plus I’m told I have flat nipples) so I track every single ounce I produce. I saw a HUGE increase in my supply since taking these. I started as an under producer and now I produce over 50 ounces a day! I even gave some to my sister-in-law to try and after a week she noticed an increase in her supply as well.However, I should warn you, DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH! If I take these pills before eating I feel so ill.

I’m feeling pretty good and making lots of milk so no complaints there. I find the blister packs easy to open-I push the hard vitamins through and peel back the foil to get the oil supplement out. Easy peasy.

I’ve been taking these supplements for about 2 weeks now and I feel a big difference in stamina and overall mood. I have been EFB for 6 months and I stopped taking my prenatals and started to feel my body slowly DETERIORATING…..I researched for the best quality supplement and found these across multiple cites. It’s 13 weeks worth of supplements and 3 pills a day: purple white and yellow I forgot what each one was but they are surprisingly easy to swallow all together. I saw someone do it and tried and had an easier time taking 3 at a time than I did my Natures Made prenatal!I also added calcium and magnesium from PURE but I haven’t been as consistent with those as I have with these.The main reason I started taking these was because I could feel my teeth becoming more sensitive due to breastfeeding and not having enough nutrients in my body. I’ve been experience some depressive symptoms due to sleep deprivation and lost a lot of motivation to care for myself and so my body was pulling nutrients from my bones…After 2 weeks I no longer feel teeth or joint sensitivity. My mood is relatively stable and I have much more energy now.If I ever become pregnant again I will make this brand my go to for prenatal care.

This item has extra vitamin D so that you don’t have to give your baby vitamin D supplement. Please read carefully. I was not comfortable with this approach as it was not recommended by the pediatrician. I therefore attempted to return. Customer service was great and extremely helpful.

I didn’t have any issues with these… but they are no longer available on Amazon or through the retailer… not good

I love that this has the d pill and fish oil pill (taste taken away by taking directly before a meal) to go with postnatal medication. That means I'm getting enough dha (not really a fish eater) and I don't have to give my baby a daily dose of vitamin d drops. I also have more energy than I did before ordering these. When I skip a day I am slacking in everything and I haven't been sick more than once and I am usually sick almost all season of the turn over from summer to fall. I am so impressed with this that I'm ordering it again and will continue to the whole time I breastfeed.Update: I am sad that this is unavailable now. I had to hunt it down! Lol. I’ve been using these for 4 months now and think they are a quality postnatal supplement - especially since I don’t have to use a separate vitamin D supplement for my baby. However, I’ve ordered these twice from Amazon and now understand everyone’s problem with the packaging. The first order (red gel capsule) was fine and easy to peel open, no issues. The second order (yellow gel capsule) is terribly difficult to maneuver - I’ve even cut myself trying to rip the plastic from the covering. Not sure why the difference in pill colors and packaging issues? Will probably continue to use because they are a quality supplement, but packaging is definitely hit or miss.
