Makes a great substitute for the original.
Very happy with the remote. Provides all the needed functions for the tv. Our only complaint is it is VERY difficult to put batteries in.

Doesn’t turn tv on/off

Buttons stopped working 32 days later.
Home button stopped working 32 days in. 2 days after the return window closed. Remote is worthless now. Save your money and spend the extra money on a real Samsung remote. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE REMOTE. On a side note. The 123 button, Netflix, Amazon prime never worked.

On/off button doesn’t work
This remote isn’t fully compatible with Samsung TVs, at least not mine. The navigation buttons work, which are apparently Bluetooth connected, but the on/off button doesn’t work because that’s apparently IFR co trolled and the remote doesn’t have the right code and there is no way I can figure out how to get it.
