For me this is truly an Amazing product!! I have taken digestive enzymes and used L Glutamine for leaky gut for many years. I eat a super clean diet, no white stuff, no gluten, no junk, no meat. Recently I started to get uncomfortable after eating, especially if there was oil in the meal. I also noticed to my horror that my stomach was distended, Yuk!!! I tried increasing the amount of enzymes to no avail and started researching the symptoms on line which led me to believe I might have to take measures re:my gallbladder and or liver. That is what led me to this item. We take our health into our own hands in this household and have used supplements in our healthful living regime for Ever. This is the First product I have ever taken that had such immediate and Awesome effects!!! I started with the full dose of 2 caps in the AM and 2 at dinner as well. I noticed an Instant, I mean, INSTANT relief!! Within a few days I noticed my waistline starting to shrink. I did not realize that Triphala was used for weight reduction, although I am not really overweight I am pleased with my new more slender look. At this point it has been about 10 days, I continue to lose inches, my digestion is Perfect and I feel full of energy and almost blissed out each day!! I encouraged my partner to start taking them as well. He has also had great effects, I can assure you we will be continuing to use this amazing product in the future. Triphala has had the most significant impact of Any supplement I have ever used, and believe, there have been Plenty!! I encourage anyone reading this review to give them a try. Great product. I suffered from constipation my whole life, and just one week after taking these pills, my digestive system found the balance I had always been looking for. Now I have no pain, I feel more energetic, and my stomach doesn't get bloated. It changed my life. Totally recommended.

It has been years since I used this herb but when I did, it was very effective. I'm not sure why I've gotten no response after taking it for weeks, it has not done anything at all. I'm actually shocked, I don't understand why it would not work, going to look at other reviews now UPDATE: right after I wrote the review of it not working, it worked. So I have had years of gastric issues, the one thing I just did differently was take it on an empty stomach with at least 24oz of water, and wallah! success so if you didn't get a response right away with this product, try on empty stomach with lots of water. thanks

This is a great size bottle and I love the product. My cousin introduced me to this, and I will not use anything else. Does exactly what it says and helps me with my medicine constipation greatly. Thank you and will be buying more.

As someone who has suffering from IBS with constipation for years, this stuff has been a Godsend. For those dealing with the same issue, definitely give it a chance! I don’t have any more bloating and my bowel movements have been regular. It takes about two to three weeks to see the full benefits but it will be worth it!

Following reviews and hearing about this product on a vegan website, I decided to order it. My BMs have always been good but I've embarked on a new vegan journey and wanted to avoid the initial vegan block!! Just until my body adjusts. Also I do not take supplements... ever as I have a pretty good diet so this is my first time. So... today is Wednesday..... I started them on Monday, took 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening both before meals. Nothing happened but I wasn't expecting anything so soon. I woke up yesterday with the most horrendous stomach/navel/pubic area pain - that's the only way to describe it. I felt like my insides were being pulled outside. Worse than period pain and my stomach was so distended and very sore to touch. I couldn't wear my work pants so had to find something loose! All day it got worse and worse - I had taken 1 tablet before breakfast yesterday in the hope that it might rectify itself. Total agony. To the point they are now in the garbage. I had a super high fever with sweats and shivers all night last night and chronic pain to the point I thought I was going to need to visit A&E!! However by 5am the pain eased a bit and fever did too. I will NEVER, EVER take another supplement EVER so this was my experience and there is obviously an ingredient that my body reacted to so I'm glad it has worked for a lot of people but I'm staying Au Naturel from now on
