This was my first MP3 player. I used it less than a week and replaced it with one that allows me set up folders and shuffle. The instructions are horrible if you have never used this kind of personal electronic in the past. I'm computer literate and use some pretty complex programs at work so it isn't that I can't follow instructions. They were just sadly lacking with this device for the initial set up. I'm currently using the earphones, which I do like. The sound quality wasn't bad on this player but the ease of use just wasn't there.
