This is a good breathing exerciser. It is highly adjustable, seems well made and works well. All in all this is a good quality product. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in it.

I got this device in the hopes it would help get rid of the nagging cough I've had since getting the flu. I am physically active, workout at high intensity 5x per week, so I went with the blue color which translates into "medium" resistance. The device itself has multiple levels of resistance within it which may be adjusted by turning the handle portion. The breathing exercise itself is challenging, especially after taking a few breaths, but more importantly doing this for 30 minutes daily seems like a long time.

A good lung muscle trainer. I was always interested in increasing my lung capacity and this is just the perfect tool to do that. It's super easy to use and doesn't take up much space to store. The instructions say to use this for 30 minutes but realistically you need to start with a much shorter time frame.

I really like the idea of lung training.This breath trainer is easy to use and doesn’t require a set up. I have been using it on the lowest setting to start. It comes with a pouch and nose clamps for those who need them. I am using this exerciser to improve my lung capacity for swimming and to stay resilient. I also tend to be somewhat of a shallow breather, like most people, so this device is helpful in retraining my breath. I have also noticed that my oxygen levels go up when I test myself with an oxygen meter right after using this device.I like that this exerciser provides medium level resistance, which is perfect for my needs. I also appreciate that it is easy to disassemble and clean. Just be aware that this device needs to be cleaned thoroughly after each session.If you have any lung issues, it would be wise to consult your healthcare provider before using this breath trainer.Overall, I think it’s a great investment in my health.

I have a collection of breathing trainers (yay, asthma!), and this one is a nice addition to my collection for harder training days.

I’m a singer and we can always use better breath control and endurance. However, I didn’t read the description well enough, apparently. I thought I’d be getting all three inspiratory level items, but instead skipped a level and got the Medium one. Had I paid attention, I would’ve gotten the beginner level instead. This is seriously hard for me and there’s no way I could use it for the recommended 30 minutes. I’m not a smoker, BTW. That said, for folks with respiratory issues, instrumentalists that play wind instruments, singers, etc. this is like barbells for the lungs. I don’t find the nose plug device helpful, but that’s just me. The carrying case is a nice addition and the directions are adequate. I may just break down and get the first level, red devise to work up to this blue one that I have been working with.
